Changes to the National Law require the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency to report sexual misconduct findings in the public register of practitioners and the register of cancelled practitioners.
Opportunity to join NSW medicines, poisons and therapeutic goods committees
NSW Health is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for membership of new statutory committees to be established under the Medicines, Poisons, and Therapeutic Goods Act 2022.
Suitably qualified and experienced clinicians are sought for the Clinical Advisory Committee and for the Regulatory Advisory Committee.
The first round of EOI submissions closes on 28 April 2026. For more information about the committee, eligibility, and how to apply, please visit the NSW Health website.
