webAIRS - From algorithms to adaptation
An article published in the British Journal of Anaesthesia (BJA) in May presents the new 2025 Difficult Airway Society guidelines and highlights a recent Safety-II focused analysis of airway incidents reported to webAIRS.
The analysis has shown that many events did not progress to patient harm because clinicians adapted effectively to evolving or suboptimal clinical conditions.
Watch as webAIRS Medical Director Dr Yasmin Endlich discusses her recent publications on Safety-II in anaesthetic airway management.
