Researchers are seeking hospital-based health professionals to participate in a survey about their experiences of nature in the workplace.
Researchers at the University of Melbourne are seeking hospital-based health professionals to take part in a national survey about their experience of nature and greenspace in the workplace. Staff in clinical or non-clinical roles in Australian hospitals may participate.
The study explores how hospital professionals value and interact with the biodiversity within hospital greenspace during their work duties, and how these workplace interactions impact their wellbeing, job capacity and job satisfaction.
You’re invited to complete an anonymous 20-minute survey online, which can be accessed here. The survey is open until 26 April 2026. For more information, visit Greenspace 4 Hospital Staff or email PhD researcher Mark de Souza.
