Expressions of interest are being sought from ANZCA fellows for two positions on the Education Development and Evaluation Committee (EDEC) representing New South Wales and Western Australia.
Overview
Are you an ANZCA fellow based in New South Wales or Western Australia with an interest in supporting the ongoing quality improvement of ANZCA education activities? Do you have expertise or experience in medical education, training, assessment, accreditation, evaluation, or quality improvement?
We’re seeking two new members to represent NSW and WA on the Education Development and Evaluation Committee (EDEC). Appointments are for a two-year term.
The EDEC reports to the Education Executive Management Committee (EEMC) and ultimately to the ANZCA Council. The committee supports the ongoing quality improvement of ANZCA education activities and contributes to the development and evaluation of educational initiatives, resources, courses, and curriculum review activities.
Who we're looking for
Applicants must be FANZCAs and should demonstrate:
- High personal standing within the college.
- Experience with ANZCA education activities.
- Expertise in medical education, training, assessment, and/or accreditation.
- Expertise in evaluation, quality improvement, or development in medical education and training.
