Chief Medical Officer

We invite applications for the role of Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This is a unique role with a twofold focus – to lead the clinical vision and standards across Allevia Health and Allevia Hospitals, and to drive innovation by delivering our vision of a more effective model of patient-centred care in New Zealand, building pathways to deliver integrated, high quality care that is both timely and centred around the patient’s needs.

This is a permanent position working at least 4 (flexible) days per week, and we are open to the successful candidate retaining a clinical practice.

Candidates must be a medical practitioner with current relevant specialist registration (in NZ or Australia), significant clinical leadership experience and a proven track record in clinical governance, quality assurance, advancing integrated and value-based care models, and incident management.
