ACT Trainee Committee

We warmly welcome our 2026 ACT Trainee Committee members. Elected annually by ACT trainees, the committee acts as a conduit between trainees and fellows in the region, and the ANZCA council. The newly elected committee held its first meeting on Tuesday 3 February. The members for 2026 include:

Introduction to Anaesthesia Training

A very successful Introduction to Anaesthesia Training course was held on Tuesday 3 February, as part of the week-long orientation program for our new ACT trainees. Thank you to Drs Hartley, Kuruvilla, Aviss and Oh for their involvement in the course, and Dr Andrew Deacon for his coordination of the orientation week. We warmly welcome 11 new trainees and 2 new fellows to the ACT in 2026.
